One of our customers just called in from Remington Heights community in Queen Creek to have us check out a GE Refrigerator as it was not cooling at all. The food was as risk so we came out right away. When we arrived we found that both the evaporator fan and condenser fan were running which means the compressor should also be running, it was not. We popped open the cover for the motherboard and did a voltage test from the control board to the compressor and found the problem. We replaced the main control board and problem solved. If your GE refrigerator is having similar problems please give us a call at (480) 914-3381.
